Job Summary
To support customer loyalty and engagement initiatives, the part-time Customer Experience Associate will interact with customers through various channels, answering inquiries, capturing feedback, and identifying sales opportunities in a fully remote role requiring availability during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through inbound and outbound communication channels
- Capture customer feedback and insights, documenting them within Salesforce and related platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or 3-5+ years of customer service-related experience required
- Experience in customer service, call center, inside sales, or product support preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset
