Job Summary

Providing exceptional service in a remote capacity, the part-time Customer Experience Associate will manage customer inquiries, promote products, and enhance customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences while achieving designated KPIs
  • Promote products and services, making recommendations based on customer needs
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries efficiently, striving for first-time resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and web applications
  • Experience with CRM/database applications, such as Salesforce, is a plus
  • Demonstrated passion for customer experience and effective organizational skills
