Job Summary
Providing essential customer support, the full-time Customer Experience Associate will assist clients by handling inquiries, performing document review, and managing account issues while working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (PST).
Key responsibilities
- Provides 24/7 phone coverage for customer inquiries and assesses calls for immediate service or follow-up
- Gathers necessary information to update databases and escalates issues to senior levels when needed
- Explains company policies and ensures exceptional customer service is delivered in a warm and empathetic manner
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in a call center environment, preferably with customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
