Job Summary
To support a high-volume call center, the fully remote Customer Experience Associate will schedule customer appointments for collision repair, manage inbound and outbound communications, and assist with rental car reservations while adhering to established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule customer appointments for collision repair and estimates according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with rental car reservations and tow scheduling while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Reliable modem and high-speed internet meeting minimum requirements
- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems, including CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
