Job Summary

Joining a passionate team, the full-time remote Customer Experience Associate will manage customer relationships across various channels, deliver exceptional service to pet parents, and represent the brand voice while contributing to a world-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand voice and deliver memorable customer experiences to build long-term relationships
  • Manage customer interactions through emails, phone calls, and the order management system
  • Track customer feedback and develop initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Previous experience in customer-centric roles such as retail or food service
  • Experience with pets or health foods is preferred
  • Familiarity with Gladly or similar customer service platforms is a plus
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment
