Job Summary
Providing front-line customer service support, the full-time Customer Experience Associate will assist ReSource Pro Compliance customers with insurance regulatory compliance tasks, client intake, and sales support, while working in a hybrid role based in Vincennes, IN.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and timely assistance
- Follow established processes to complete routine regulatory compliance tasks accurately
- Gather and verify client information, inputting data into various systems and completing related reports
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with MS 365 and ability to navigate various systems
