Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Experience Associate will manage customer interactions across multiple channels, providing support through phone, email, chat, and social media while ensuring accurate documentation and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound communications from customers across various channels, delivering positive experiences and adhering to quality standards
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the business application and review open work orders to resolve potential issues
  • Discuss referral programs and new products with customers while achieving individual call metrics for service level improvement
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant customer service experience in an omnichannel or multichannel call center environment
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Programs
  • Able to obtain and maintain state licenses and technical certification as needed
  • Ability to work from home without distractions using company-provided equipment
