Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the remote Customer Experience Associate will manage customer inquiries, promote products and services, and ensure satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences while achieving designated KPIs
- Promote products and services, making recommendations based on customer needs
- Resolve customer issues through a case management system, striving for first-time resolution
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office products and web applications
- Experience with CRM/database applications, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for customer experience and ability to multitask effectively
