Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time hourly Customer Experience Associate will manage customer inquiries across social channels, reviews, and chat, ensuring effective problem resolution and a positive brand experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnosing customer issues and providing clear next steps primarily through social channels
- Monitoring and responding to customer concerns on multiple review platforms, crafting empathetic responses
- Participating in team projects focused on continuous improvement and performance growth
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make thoughtful decisions in real time
- Clear and confident communication skills, especially in explaining solutions
- Comfort using helpdesk/ticketing software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is preferred
