Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time hourly Customer Experience Associate will manage customer inquiries across social channels, reviews, and chat, ensuring effective problem resolution and a positive brand experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnosing customer issues and providing clear next steps primarily through social channels
  • Monitoring and responding to customer concerns on multiple review platforms, crafting empathetic responses
  • Participating in team projects focused on continuous improvement and performance growth
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make thoughtful decisions in real time
  • Clear and confident communication skills, especially in explaining solutions
  • Comfort using helpdesk/ticketing software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is preferred
