Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels
- Proactively contact new subscribers and members to ensure successful conversion
- Build long-term relationships with customers and offer advice on products and services
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience
- 1+ year of customer-facing support role experience, preferably in the telehealth field
- Experience working with multiple systems and navigating multiple sources of information
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and stay engaged with the team
- Willingness to work non-standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
