Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for users, assisting with onboarding hosts and recommending locations and services to guests
  • Provide friendly and efficient service via various contact channels to ensure a seamless booking and customer experience
  • Identify trends, suggest process and product improvements, and surprise and delight hosts and guests
Qualifications:
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer interaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction
  • Sense of humor and ability to work well with others
  • Bonus: Previous customer service experience, familiarity with CRM systems, analytical skills, event planning skills, familiarity with third-party marketplaces, previous sales experience
