Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users, assisting with onboarding hosts and recommending locations and services to guests
- Provide friendly and efficient service via various contact channels to ensure a seamless booking and customer experience
- Identify trends, suggest process and product improvements, and surprise and delight hosts and guests
Qualifications:
- Passion for problem-solving and customer interaction
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction
- Sense of humor and ability to work well with others
- Bonus: Previous customer service experience, familiarity with CRM systems, analytical skills, event planning skills, familiarity with third-party marketplaces, previous sales experience
