Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate for their Customer Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming customer interactions
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Required Qualifications:
- Open availability to work an 8-hour shift, including nights and some weekends
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service experience; escalations experience preferred
- A strong sense of accountability and work ethic with the ability to manage work independently
- 2+ years of call center or help desk environment preferred
