Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate for a full-time remote position in the US.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with customer service tools such as Hubspot, Diapad, and Zendesk
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to multitask and stay organized
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
