Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate for a full-time remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer service line and resolve issues using customer service tools
  • Accurately document customer interactions and provide detailed notes for analysis
  • Handle escalated customer issues and act as a point of contact for higher level assistance
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, with an associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a technology company
  • Experience with customer service tools such as Hubspot, Diapad, and Zendesk
  • Exceptional computer skills and ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
