Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to support a Pharma Life Sciences Patient Services Program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound calls from potential or existing customers
- Provide accurate and appropriate information to every caller while maintaining solid customer relationships
- Assist patients with enrolling in designated support programs, co-pay and financial questions, and connect patients to support vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
- Experience in a customer service or call-center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
