Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to support a Pharma Life Sciences Patient Services Program.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle inbound calls from potential or existing customers
  • Provide accurate and appropriate information to every caller while maintaining solid customer relationships
  • Assist patients with enrolling in designated support programs, co-pay and financial questions, and connect patients to support vendors
Required Qualifications:
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a customer service or call-center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
