Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and communicate medical information to providers and members
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls related to healthcare benefits
  • Facilitate routine referrals and triage decisions

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience
  • Must be able to talk and type simultaneously
  • Must be flexible in scheduling and comfortable with change
  • GED or High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient with keyboard functions and navigation between multiple computer applications
