Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate II

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries for The State of Kentucky
  • Research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Document customer calls and communicate appropriate options for resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related field
  • Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
  • Typing minimum of 25 WPM
  • Bilingual proficiency
