Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge for the Centurion Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival
• Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
• Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Passion for providing proactive customer service solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
