Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge at the Centurion Lounge in DCA Airport will manage customer interactions, provide travel and concierge assistance, and ensure a premium experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
- Accountable for managing the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to foster brand loyalty
- Offer tailored travel consultations and lifestyle recommendations to meet the diverse needs of Card Members
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proven ability to deliver proactive customer service solutions and exceptional communication
- Experience in making confident recommendations based on customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
