Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the LAX Centurion Lounge, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage guest experiences, provide travel and concierge services, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to foster brand loyalty
  • Offer tailored travel consultations and lifestyle recommendations to meet Card Members' needs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Proven ability to deliver proactive customer service solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
