Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members in a customer-facing environment, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests at the Centurion Lounge, manage their experience, and provide travel and lifestyle recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction from beginning to end
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proactive approach to customer service with a focus on solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
