Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, provide personalized assistance, and resolve issues at the Centurion Lounge in Charlotte Airport.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction from beginning to end
  • Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, along with travel consultation and reservation assistance
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience
  • Proactive approach to customer service with a passion for delivering solutions
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide confident recommendations
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
