Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage customer interactions at the Centurion Lounge in LaGuardia Airport, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to enhance brand loyalty
- Provide concierge services and travel consultation, accommodating the needs of Card Members in partnership with lounge partners
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proven passion for delivering proactive customer service solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
