Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage customer interactions at the Centurion Lounge in LaGuardia Airport, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to enhance brand loyalty
  • Provide concierge services and travel consultation, accommodating the needs of Card Members in partnership with lounge partners
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Proven passion for delivering proactive customer service solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
