Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in JFK, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage customer interactions, provide travel and lifestyle assistance, and ensure a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome Card Members and provide access upon arrival
- Take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
- Resolve customer issues creatively to enhance brand loyalty
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proven ability to provide proactive customer service solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
