Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the DFW Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experience from start to finish, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced lounge environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience, addressing issues and concerns to foster brand loyalty
- Provide concierge and travel consultation services, accommodating the needs of Card Members
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide confident recommendations
- Must exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
