Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Harry Reid International Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experience, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to foster brand loyalty
• Offer concierge services and travel consultation, accommodating Card Members' needs effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Proven ability to deliver proactive customer service solutions
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work flexible shifts
