Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in CLT Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experience from start to finish, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle services in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Offer concierge services, travel consultation, and personalized recommendations to meet Card Members' needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation handling
• Proactive approach to customer service with a passion for delivering solutions
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
