Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Philadelphia International Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experience from arrival to departure, and provide tailored concierge and lifestyle services in a fast-paced lounge environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, along with travel consultation and reservation assistance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proactive approach to customer service with a passion for delivering solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen and provide confident recommendations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
