Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Miami Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to enhance brand loyalty
  • Offer concierge and travel consultation services while collaborating with food and beverage partners
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Strong passion for customer service and proactive problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen and provide confident recommendations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
