Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Miami Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to enhance brand loyalty
- Offer concierge and travel consultation services while collaborating with food and beverage partners
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Strong passion for customer service and proactive problem-solving
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen and provide confident recommendations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
