Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the DCA Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, ensuring satisfaction
  • Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservations
  • Proven ability to provide proactive customer service solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
