Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the DCA Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced lounge environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, ensuring satisfaction
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservations
- Proven ability to provide proactive customer service solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
