Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the LAX Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced lounge environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, ensuring satisfaction
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proven passion for providing proactive customer service solutions
- Exceptional ability to listen and offer confident recommendations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
