Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the IAH Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experience from start to finish, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
• Take ownership of the customer experience, addressing issues and enhancing brand loyalty
• Offer concierge services, travel consultations, and collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet customer needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience servicing premium customers
• Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Strong ability to listen and provide proactive solutions to customer needs
• Exceptional professionalism and positive attitude in customer interactions
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
