Customer Experience Concierge

Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to premium Card Members, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences from start to finish, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations at the Centurion Lounge in Harry Reid International Airport.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Take ownership of the customer experience and resolve issues to enhance brand loyalty
• Offer concierge services, travel consultations, and partner with food and beverage providers to meet customer needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Proactive approach to customer service with a passion for delivering solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
