Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in SEA Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage customer experiences from arrival to departure, providing travel and lifestyle assistance while embodying the American Express brand.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming Card Members and ensuring a seamless access experience upon arrival
- Taking ownership of customer interactions and resolving issues to enhance brand loyalty
- Providing tailored concierge services and travel consultation to meet customer needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Proven ability to deliver proactive customer solutions and recommendations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delighting customers in every interaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
