Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Denver Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experience, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end, resolving issues to foster brand loyalty
• Provide concierge and travel consultation services, accommodating the needs of Card Members

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience
• Proactive approach to customer service with a passion for delivering solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
