Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in JFK International Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and concierge services in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
- Take ownership of customer interactions, addressing issues and creating loyalty through exceptional service
- Offer travel consultations and lifestyle recommendations while collaborating with lounge partners
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience in servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Proven ability to deliver proactive customer service and effective solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
