Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in PHX Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored travel and lifestyle recommendations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
• Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and foster brand loyalty
• Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, along with travel consultation and reservation assistance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience
• Proven ability to provide proactive solutions and exceptional customer service
• Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
