Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the ATL Airport Centurion Lounge, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will welcome guests, manage their experiences, and provide tailored concierge and lifestyle services in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Take ownership of customer interactions, resolving issues and enhancing brand loyalty
  • Offer travel consultation and concierge recommendations tailored to individual needs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Proven ability to provide proactive customer solutions and exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delighting customers at every interaction
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience utilizing multiple technology platforms in a customer-facing environment
