Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Charlotte, NC, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage guest experiences, provide concierge and travel services, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
- Take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish, addressing issues and concerns proactively
- Offer tailored concierge and lifestyle recommendations, along with travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience in servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Proven ability to provide proactive customer solutions and exceptional service
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
