Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Miami Airport, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage guest experiences, provide travel and lifestyle recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure
  • Resolve customer issues creatively to foster brand loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Offer tailored concierge and travel consultation services, partnering with food and beverage lounge providers as needed
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience in servicing premium customers
  • Preferred experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering proactive customer solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
