Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant in the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer experience pain points using data and LBGUPS methodology
- Create current and future state customer journey maps and build a Customer Experience strategy
- Manage and deliver customer operations process improvement initiatives and oversee project management throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, and program management focused on operational improvements
- Experience in the telecommunications/broadband industry and managing cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and KPI tracking
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent experience desired
