Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant in the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer experience pain points using data and LBGUPS methodology
  • Create current and future state customer journey maps and build a Customer Experience strategy
  • Manage and deliver customer operations process improvement initiatives and oversee project management throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, and program management focused on operational improvements
  • Experience in the telecommunications/broadband industry and managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and KPI tracking
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience desired
