Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Consultant II (US and CAN Virtual).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for customers during their mobility journey, providing proactive support and consultation
  • Utilize digital tools to ensure accurate and timely information delivery, while managing complex relocations and collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Meet or exceed outlined Key Experience Metrics and customer/client SLAs, focusing on quality, accuracy, and timeliness


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a customer experience or business operations role preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus
  • Experience with multiple technology platforms and a digital focus
  • International experience is a plus but not necessary
