Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Consultant II (US and CAN Virtual).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for customers during their mobility journey, providing proactive support and consultation
- Utilize digital tools to ensure accurate and timely information delivery, while managing complex relocations and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Meet or exceed outlined Key Experience Metrics and customer/client SLAs, focusing on quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in a customer experience or business operations role preferred
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus
- Experience with multiple technology platforms and a digital focus
- International experience is a plus but not necessary
