Job Summary

Providing critical architectural and engineering support, the part-time W2 Contract Customer Experience Consultant will plan and execute upgrade and migration activities for Cisco Contact Center environments while working remotely for a term of 2 to 3 months.

Key responsibilities
  • Planning and executing upgrade and migration activities for Cisco Contact Center environments, including PCCE, UCCX, and WxCC
  • Designing, building, and deploying Webex Contact Center solutions, including call flow development
  • Troubleshooting and debugging complex environment issues during upgrades or deployment phases to ensure successful project execution
Required qualifications
  • Strong delivery background with deep technical expertise in legacy Cisco Contact Center environments and modern CCaaS applications
  • Proven track record of executing system upgrades for Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE)
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) configuration and management
  • Proficient with SQL and familiar with PCCE/UCCE database management and manipulation
  • Client-facing consulting experience with a strong background in technical consulting or professional services roles
