Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of coordination for customers in their mobility journey, the full-time CXO Consultant 2 will engage with clients, enhance customer experience, and manage complex relocations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide guidance on services and support throughout their relocation process
- Utilize digital tools to ensure accurate information delivery and collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to meet customer needs
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, ensuring compliance with key experience metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer experience or business operations role
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple technology platforms effectively
- Experience in managing complex processes and delivering organized customer service
