Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of coordination for customers in their mobility journey, the full-time remote Customer Experience & Operations Consultant will manage direct customer interactions, enhance the customer experience, and provide support across a large client base.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers, providing guidance and support throughout their mobility journey
  • Utilize digital tools and technology to ensure timely and accurate information is conveyed to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external supplier partners to coordinate authorized services and address customer needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer experience or business operations role
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience with technology platforms and digital tools in a customer service context
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes effectively
