Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of coordination for customers in their mobility journey, the full-time Customer Experience Consultant will proactively engage clients, enhance their experience with service offerings, and utilize digital tools to support and monitor customer needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers through proactive communication, advising on authorized services and policies during their mobility journey
- Utilize digital tools to ensure accurate information delivery and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet customer needs
- Maintain data integrity and meet outlined Key Experience Metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
- 1 year of work experience in global mobility and 2 years in a customer experience or business operations role preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Experience with multiple technology platforms and a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to manage complex processes and demonstrate problem-solving skills
