Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of coordination for customers in their mobility journey, the full-time Customer Experience & Operations Consultant will manage direct interactions, enhance customer experience, and support client needs while working remotely in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers proactively to provide guidance and support throughout their relocation process
- Utilize digital tools to ensure accurate information is conveyed and coordinate services with supplier partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain data integrity across systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer experience or business operations role
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with multiple technology platforms and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes effectively
