Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Customer Experience Consultant will leverage regional benefit expertise to quote, confirm, and audit National Account customers in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Quote, confirm, and install benefits for National Account customers in assigned markets
- Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regional processes
- Utilize knowledge of healthcare benefits to support account management tasks
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare benefits or related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Familiarity with systems such as CM, FASET, or SPAS is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a non-client facing sales and account management role
