Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator I who will provide customer service and transactional support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and changes in accordance with company policies
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and ensuring follow-up
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer service expectations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience in Customer Service and/or Data Entry Operations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle preferred
