Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator I who will provide customer service and transactional support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and changes in accordance with company policies
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and ensuring follow-up
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer service expectations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- 2+ years of relevant business experience in Customer Service and/or Data Entry Operations preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle preferred
