Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience / Sales Coordinator (HYBRID).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and manage customer accounts
- Process customer orders through various channels and coordinate with operations for product allocations
- Act as a brand ambassador and support internal and external events
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Proficient in using and synthesizing data in Excel
- Working knowledge of ERP and TMS systems is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
