Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience / Sales Coordinator (HYBRID).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and manage customer accounts
  • Process customer orders through various channels and coordinate with operations for product allocations
  • Act as a brand ambassador and support internal and external events
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Proficient in using and synthesizing data in Excel
  • Working knowledge of ERP and TMS systems is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
