Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to manage customer service needs and ensure an exceptional moving experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory and pre-move counseling calls to meet client service level agreements
  • Manage day-to-day customer service needs and provide timely communication regarding moving-related services
  • Process customer files and ensure compliance with client policies while maintaining post-move survey scores
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Two years of experience in relocation or a related customer service industry preferred
  • Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • No certificates required
